Study and analysis the employees’ satisfaction
Base on the purpose of the survey, I propose the following plan:
Survey: I will develop a short but thorough questionnaire probing the desired data. Although the survey instrument will include both open- ended and closed questions, it will concentrate on the latter. Closed questions enable respondents to answer easily; they also facilitate systematic data analysis. The questionnaire will measure the employees’ satisfaction of the job, including the working environment, working pressure, treatment regulations, pay and allowances…. It will be sent to 1000 employees in the company.
Analysis: Data from the survey will be analyzed by demographic segments, such as employee type, age and gender. The data is to study the degree of employees’ satisfaction with their job, the reasons for satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Moreover, a report with specific suggestions for keeping skilled and loyal employees will be sent to the managers.
Report: Managers will receive a final report with the key findings clearly spelled out and conclusions will also be drawn based on these findings.
