HOW DO YOU COOK YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?

Good morning. My name is Dung. I'm a student of national economics university. I was born in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province. Where i live near sea. and im a big seafood lover. Today i want to share you how to cook sour soup with oyster, my favorite food. You prepare: oyster, fresh onion, pineapple, tomato and some dill "rau ram", "mui tau"(sorry because i cant find their english names). The first you wash oysters, boil them in a pot. When the oyster is ready, take them out the pot, keep water. You cut fresh some onion and dill. You chop up some tomato so thin, cut pineapple into pieces.Then take a little bit of vegetable oil into a pan, and heat it up. Then you add some slice of dry onion to make the oil full of onion smell, then add tomato slices, then add oyster which was boilt. You mix them until smelling, put water which you kept before in it. You heat it in 10 minutes, when it's done, you take it out of the pot, put some dill in it. And now you have it and all you have to do is eat - it's so delicious!.
