The life is busy time seems to be shorter so the choice home food between fast food is difficult problem to many people.
Fast food is more convenient home food. Because, we have only some minutes to buy a meal, we do not need to cook and fast food have multiform dish to we choose. In contract, home food seems to take a long time to cook, which isn’t convenient for people who have short time to break. However, home food holds nutritional ingredients more than fast food. For fast food not only make us become fast but also have much cholesterol which is not good our health. In addition, the price of fast food is more expensive than home food, but it isn’t more sanitary than home food. In summary, we must know to balance the choice home food or fast food to save time and keep our health.
